Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions

By selecting the checkbox on the B.W. Biscuit Co. wholesale application page (https://www.bwbiscuitco.com/pages/wholesale?) and submitting the application to B.W. Biscuit Co., you are agreeing to the following:

The information you provided in the B.W. Biscuit Co. application is accurate.

All B.W. Biscuit Co. products purchased through the wholesale program will be used for the sole purpose of resale, promotion, demonstrations, samples, or use within your own business entities.

You acknowledge that B.W. Biscuit Co. is a registered trademark owned by B.W. Biscuit Co.

You acknowledge that B.W. Biscuit Co. is brand registered on Amazon’s seller platforms.

You agree that you will not sell or attempt to sell B.W. Biscuit Co. on Amazon’s platforms or any other retail or internet presence not under your ownership without the express written consent of B.W. Biscuit Co.

You agree that selling B.W. Biscuit Co. on an internet presence not under your ownership without written consent of B.W. Biscuit Co. will result in the termination of your wholesale account.

You agree that B.W. Biscuit Co. may require proof of business entity ownership.

You agree that coupon or discount codes made available to the public cannot be applied to wholesale purchases.

You understand and agree product pricing and availability are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

You understand wholesale pricing is confidential and you will not share pricing with other entities.

You acknowledge and understand that shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense. B.W. Biscuit Co. will compare shipping rates and apply the best rate to your order. If you have a freight account, B.W. Biscuit Co. can bill your account directly or you can submit shipping labels to us for use. In some cases, large volume wholesale orders may qualify for free or reduced rate shipping.

You acknowledge and agree that large retail orders may qualify for additional discounts.

You acknowledge and agree that large retail or wholesale orders may require 50% payment upfront with the remaining balance due upon shipment.

You acknowledge and agree that B.W. Biscuit Co. does not refund wholesale orders. As such, if you are new to our products, we suggest you purchase and try our small quantity of 7 oz. bags, 4 lbs. bulk, or 10 lbs. bulk. We want you to love our product as much as we do but, while very rare, sometimes that just isn’t the case.

Minimum purchase of two cases required as a new wholesale partner.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your wholesale account.

The wholesale account terms and conditions may be updated at any time. You also agree to B.W. Biscuit Co.’s Privacy Policy.
